Our care at home service is available to anyone aged 16 years or over and is offered to people with a wide range of Neurological conditions and Physical Disabilities including: Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Injuries, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, Stroke, Learning disabilities, Cognitive Impairment, Alcohol Related Brain Damage (ARBD), Mental Health conditions.
Upon receipt of referral, we will make an appointment with you to introduce the company, identify your needs and suitability, and establish your care package through a comprehensive care assessment.

Out of Hours:
Our out of hours service operates outwith normal working hours. Out of these hours we have a dedicated 24/7 on call service which is automatically directed to the on call Manager via our main office number.
